Registration

Before completing the registration form, which is integrated with the payment gateway, make sure you have your CG Society membership number ("Membership No") ready at hand. If membership in the CG Society cannot be confirmed after conference registration, then conference registration will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued. In this case, the refund processing fee will be borne by the participant.

After filling out the registration form and agreeing with conditions stated at the end of the form, you will be redirected to the payment gateway. The payment must be made immediately and exclusively by credit card. Bank transfers are not possible for EuroCG.

By registering, participants agree to share their name, email, and accommodation request with Hotel Zámek Liblice to secure the requested rooms and potential roommates. Every participant will receive within three days an email from the organizers confirming the reservation of the accommodation (until the capacity is filled). Accommodation payment should be made directly at the hotel reception upon arrival. All rooms in Liblice are already reserved. We also expect that the program will end around 4 pm on the last day of the conference.

You will receive a confirmation (invoice) for your payment as soon as the amount is credited to our account. Please check your spam folder for an email from info@conforg.cz regarding your invoice.

Registration fees

• Early Payment (from February 21 until March 5):
  • Regular: 6 500 CZK (approx. 260 EUR)
  • Student: 5 000 CZK (approx. 200 EUR)
  • Accompanying person: 3 050 CZK (approx. 122 EUR)
• Late Payment (from March 6 until March 30):
  • Regular: 7 250 CZK (approx. 290 EUR)
  • Student: 5 750 CZK (approx. 230 EUR)
  • Accompanying person: 3 050 CZK (approx. 122 EUR)

Even though we give the approximate ranges in EUR all fees will be charged in CZK. All fees include all technical sessions, lunches and coffee breaks on the respective days as well as a welcome party, and conference trip and dinner. The currency change may vary according to actual bank conditions.

The Accompanying Person Fee

The Accompanying Person Fee includes admission to the welcome reception, to the conference trip and to the conference dinner.

Cancellation Policy

75 % of the registration fee will be refunded for all written cancellations postmarked no later than March 25, 2025. After that date no refund of the registration fee will be provided.
