Registration:

The registration fee (including social program) is

Early (until March 31)	6900 CZK

On-site (after June 1)	10000 CZK
Accompanying person	2000 CZK

The fee for an accompanying person includes the social program, i.e., the welcome party, the Wednesday trip, the conference dinner and transportation.

Accommodation and meals:

In addition, each participant has to choose one accomodation and meal option. Standard accommodation is available in the sport center, where the conference takes place:

Single room	8250 CZK
One person in a (shared) double room	6750 CZK

These packages cover 5 nights plus all meals and include also some sport facilities (swimming pool, sauna). If you come with an accompanying person, you will be charged twice the price of package (most likely the double room).

We have reserved several rooms in a nearby hotel Ostrov. The hotel offers more comfortable rooms compared to the basic accommodation in the conference center, however this is at the cost of 10-15 minute walk to the conference site across a park. In addition to the accommodation price, conference participants should pay the meal package in the conference center (for accompanying persons this is optional). If choosing this option, please register below, but before paying email us to confirm availability and the total price. The whole price should be payed to us, as we have blocked the rooms at the hotel at special prices. You should NOT reserve directly with the hotel.

Exchange rates, cancellation Policy:

All prices are in Czech crowns. The current exchange rates can be found e.g. here.

75% of the registration fee will be refunded for all written cancellations postmarked no later than June 1, 2011. After that date no refund of registration fee will be provided.

Transporation and social program:

We plan to organize a bus from Prague to the conference site on Sunday June 19, around 4pm, and back on Friday June 24 after lunch. (Alternatively, it is possible to use frequent train connection from Prague.) Please check below if you plan to use:

For a social event on Wednesday afternoon we plan to go to Kutna Hora, for a tour and a conference dinner. There will be two options, check below your choice. We have tried the medieval silver mine, which is very nice we recommend it. However, at some places it is quite low and narrow (but not both at the same time). It is thus not recommended for people suffering from claustrophobia, cardiac and respiratory diseases, pregnant women and people with reduced mobility.
