The regular fee covers admission to the scientific program, proceedings, concert, banquet and excursion. The reduced fee covers admission to the scientific program, proceedings, concert and banquet. The excursion is planned for the last day of the workshop, Friday the 24th, and so the reduced fee may be used by those who have to leave earlier (Thursday evening or Friday morning).
Student registration fee is discounted by 1000 CZK (~41 EUR).
The accompanying person fee is 2000 CZK (~82 EUR) and it covers the concert, banquet and excursion.
Please note that your registration is valid only when the fee is fully paid.
Accomodation
The price of full board accomodation:
- double room 1300 CZK (~53 EUR) per person and night
- single room 2000 CZK (~82 EUR) per person and night
The hotel is situated in the monastery premises.
The exchange rate is approximately 1 EUR = 24 CZK, check the current rate.
Transportation
On Monday, June 20, we will arrange transporation from Prague to Tepla, and on Thursday and Friday we will arrange a transportation from Tepla to Prague. For further information, we refer to the Location and Transportation page.
