I'm a master's student of bioinformatics in Prague, working under Pavel Veselý and teaching practicals in my free time.

In summer semester, I'm teaching Algoritmy a datové struktury 1 ‒ that's probably what you came here for.

Publications
- Currently working on a paper titled Pareto optimization of masked superstrings improves compression of pan-genome k-mer sets with Pavel Veselý, Ondra Sladký and Karel Břinda.
  Interesting new results were discovered from the submission of the thesis, mostly related to compressibility.
  The paper got accepted to RECOMB-Seq 2026! p
- My Bachelor's thesis, Targeted optimization of masked superstrings for k-mer sets (official link and the supplementary repository).
