I'm a master's student of bioinformatics in Prague, working with Pavel Veselý and Karel Břinda and teaching practicals in my free time.

In summer semester, I was teaching practicals for Algoritmy a datové struktury 1.

Publications
- Finished working on a paper Pareto optimization of masked superstrings improves compression of pan-genome k-mer sets with Ondra Sladký, Karel Břinda and Pavel Veselý.
  Interesting new results were discovered from the submission of the bachelor's thesis, mostly related to compressibility. The paper was accepted to the Proceedings of RECOMB-Seq 2026, where I presented it.
