Code of conduct

IWOCA 2027 intends to follow the spirit of the SafeToC guidelines. Registration may require participants to agree to this Code of Conduct.

IWOCA is committed to being a respectful forum, free from violence, discrimination and harassment of any kind. All participants are expected to behave accordingly.

If you experience or witness violence, discrimination, harassment or other unethical behaviour at the conference, please seek advice and remedy. You may report concerns to the conference chair, the program committee chairs or the steering committee chair.

The chairs may remove registered participants from the conference, without refunding registration fees, if they are deemed to pose an ethical risk to other participants. The conference chair may also contact the local university office or committee responsible for addressing violence, unethical behaviour or harassment. Such offices can assist with support, medical help and legal steps where appropriate.
