Abstract

I have 4 appealing research projects for which I would like to try and attract "young, energetic brains." I would like to meet students looking for research projects (which possibly might form a basis for a thesis).

Topics: 1. Integral sets in the plane. 2. Hamiltonian cycles in prisms. 3. Decomposition problems. 4. The "Salmon" problem.

All are easy to understand and require minimal background.
