I will present a paper:

Frédéric Havet, Stéphan Thomassé: Median orders of tournaments: a tool for the second neighbourhood problem and Sumner's conjecture.

No prerequisites, no additional knowledge needed.

Authors show a nice inductive tool for digraph problems and proove some (previously known) theorems about digraphs in a simple way.
