it seems to me that there may be some bug in SIS (I suspect the newly created electronic report system for PhDs) that signed me up for the spring semester even though I explictly stated in my electronic report system that I will only attend the fall semester.
Furthermore, I am unable to remove it. I will ask Ondra to try and remove it.
So yes, I will be the entire semester away and I will not present.
