We ask all participants to fill in the Registration/Payment Form and pay their fee together with registration by one of the two methods indicated below. All payments have to be realized before the conference to guarantee all conference services. Please notice that one has to agree with the conditions. Without this consent, the registration will not be completed. Confirmation (invoice) of your payment will be sent by e-mail within three days after receiving the payment to our account. For invoices please check also your spam folder for messages from info@conforg.cz.

In honour of scientific achievements of Jan Kratochvíl, we also organize a satellite event HonzaFest on Saturday, September 21, at the building of Charles University, Malostranské naměstí 25 in Prague. Please, consider participating in this event when planning your trip. We expect the GD symposium will end on Friday afternoon around 5pm.

  • Member of the steering committee: 7 600 CZK (approx. 306 EUR)
  • Accompanying person: 2 000 CZK (approx. 81 EUR)
• On Site Payment:
  • Regular: 7 100 CZK (approx. 286 EUR)
  • Student: 4 500 CZK (approx. 182 EUR)
  • Member of the steering committee: 8 400 CZK (approx. 338 EUR)
  • Accompanying person: 2 000 CZK (approx. 81 EUR)

Payments need to be received by September 10. Even though we give the approximate ranges in EUR all fees will be charged in CZK. All fees include all technical sessions, lunches and coffee breaks on the respective days. The fee for the main conference includes also a welcome party on Tuesday and a conference dinner on Thursday. The currency change may vary according actual bank conditions.

The Accompanying Person Fee

The Accompanying Person Fee includes: admission to the Welcome Reception and admission to the Conference Dinner.

Student and Young Women Researcher Support

---

Thanks to support from AVAST, RSJ, Tom Sawyer Software, yWorks, and Unicorn companies, we are able to offer several travel grants covering a waiver of the registration fee and in exceptional cases possibly also a limited travel support. The grants will be given in two categories:

• young women researchers, including students and researchers within 6 years after PhD (excluding any maternity leave), supported by AVAST;
• students (PhD or lower), supported by RSJ, Tom Sawyer Software, yWorks, and Unicorn.

Applications for travel grants must be sent to gd2019@kam.mff.cuni.cz by Wednesday July 31, 2019. Applications must be in PDF format and include:

• • a short statement and explanation of your interest in attending the conference, including your travel funding situation and an approximate breakdown of the trip costs if you apply for a grant exceeding the registration fee;
• • a current CV that includes your contact information, the (expected) date of the award of your PhD, the institution awarding your PhD, and your advisor's name;
• • a short letter of support for your application written by your advisor, postdoc supervisor, workgroup leader or department chair on the official letterhead of your institution.

One application for both categories is sufficient, if applicable. Only a limited number of grants will be given, with preference to the conference speakers and applicants without proper travel funding.

If you apply for a travel grant, please register only after notification of the application result which will be announced by e-mail before August 9, 2019.

Payment by a bank transfer

Participant is to be registered first (step 1) and agree with Terms and Conditions. Choose the type of your registration fee (step 2), mark "By Bank Transfer", click the button "Buy Now", the message with bank details appears on the screen as well as in your e-mail. Please check also your spam folder.

In case of bank transfer, please make sure it is made net of all bank charges and commissions, i.e., no shared fees or recipient fees apply. In case the sum is incomplete the difference will be charged cash at the conference venue. Please note that to identify the transfer correctly you have to include following identification items and fill in the issued variable symbol or the name of participant(s) in the comment.

Cancellation policy

75 % of the registration fee will be refunded for all written cancellations postmarked no later than August 15, 2019. After that date no refund of registration fee will be provided.
