Registration on site
Registration office is in the same building as the
dormitories. It will be open July 5 from 9 to 11 am
and
from 4 pm to 6 pm, July 6 from 9 am till 9 pm. Because of the rather large
number of participants, most of whom will register on Monday afternoon, we
kindly ask everyone to register as early as possible.
During the conference,
a registration desk will be open near the conference halls for latecomers
and for those who
do not need accommodation.
After paying the applicable fees, you get the conference materials, meal tickets and room key. You may also ask for further details of the guided tours, social events etc., and/or purchase a souvenir conference T-shirt. Telephone cards and city transport tickets can also be purchased in the registration office.
Badges
The participants have white name tags, their accompanying persons
have yellow tags. Please, always wear the tags on campus, namely if you
want to make use of sporting activities, coffee during the coffee breaks,
and during the social events.
The organizing committee members have green tags, and you may address them with all questions, requests etc. However, note that not all OC members are from Prague, and so the most appropriate source of information are those with purple tags - our students and secretaries.
Lecture Halls
All the conference lecture halls are in the building
of PEF (= business faculty of CZU (= Czech Agriculture University)). The
lecture halls are marked by 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (in czech i.e. Jedna, Dve, Tri,
Ctyri, Pet). For a better understanding and communication we used some of
the famous graphs too.
Computer Facilities
Computer lab for telnet is open 10:00 am - 2:30 pm every day.
Meals
are served in the cafeteria. Breakfasts from 8 am to 9 am, lunches from noon
to 1:30 pm, dinners from 6 pm to 7 pm. Please, use the meal coupons that
you get at the registration.
Tea and Coffee
plus small snack will be available during coffee breaks next to the lecture
halls Jedna, Dve, Tri.
