The AMU Hotel is located in a very neighborhood of the department building (2 minutes by walk, see the map) and for more information on how to reach this hotel see web-page. Transportation to AMU hotel is not affected by the temporary tram service restriction on July 5-6 (8 a.m. - 4 p.m.) with the exception that if you travel from railway station "Nadrazi Holesovice" then you have to go 11 stops by tram no 12.

The simplest way how to get to Students' Residence Halls by public transport is going to the stop "Dlouha trida" or (during tram restriction - July 5-6 from 8 a.m till 4 p.m.) to metro station "Namesti Republiky" (see the map).

From the Airport to Students' Residence Halls

You can buy a (Basic) 90-minute ticket using a vending machine at the airport at a price of 32 CZK. You have to validate it as you enter the bus.

From the railway station "Hlavni nadrazi" to Students' Residence Halls

You can buy a (Short-term) 30-minute ticket using a vending machine at the railway station at a price of 24 CZK. You have to validate it as you enter the tram.
